**Radiant Ink Beauty Studios Training Class Booking Policy** Radiant Ink Beauty Studios is thrilled to embark on this transformative journey with our students. Please take a moment to review our booking policy for the in-person five-day permanent makeup training class to ensure a seamless and enriching learning experience. 1. **Class Schedule**: - The training classes will be held usually from Tuesday through Saturday, (with the exception of our 2 or 3 day classes) commencing at 10 AM and concluding around 5-6 PM. While our goal is to adhere to the schedule as closely as possible, classes may occasionally end early (depending on the stopping point) or extend beyond the slated time to ensure all essential material is covered. 2. **Attendance and Cancellation**: - Students understand that by booking their spot, attendance is mandatory for all days of the training. In the event of any anticipated scheduling conflicts, students must notify us promptly. Please note that missed days cannot be accommodated and may impact the learning experience. Punctuality is paramount for an enriching experience, and we appreciate advanced notice of any possible lateness. 3. **Cancellation and Rescheduling**: - A three-day notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. The $500 deposit is nonrefundable, and any requests for rescheduling are subject to availability within the training calendar. 4. **Chair Rental**: - As a part of the training class, students are entitled to a complimentary two-month chair rental at Radiant Ink. Chair rentals are allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis. To reserve a chair, students are required to call or text with client details, indicating the preferred day, time, and an envisioned duration of four hours, encompassing both the procedure and cleanup time. - Standard chair rental times are available at 10 AM and 2 PM. If a student has two clients and wishes to reserve the chair for the whole day (eight hours), both clients must be present. 5. **Refunds**: - We regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds.
