At Radiant Ink Beauty Studios, we offer flexible rental options tailored to your needs:
- Daily/Weekly Rentals: No long-term commitment required. Simply complete our brief policy agreement, and chairs are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Extended Leases (3–6 Months): For sustained access, a formal lease agreement outlines terms, pricing, and priority booking privileges.

Monthly Rental Details
Monthly rentals are based on a 6-month agreement.
Monthly renters receive access to a professional beauty studio environment with the ability to service their own clients in a clean, welcoming, and established space.
Monthly Rental Requirements
To rent monthly at Radiant Ink, we require:
Deposit Equal to One Month’s Rent
Signed Rental Agreement
Proof of Professional Liability Insurance
Current Body Art license, if performing permanent makeup, tattooing, scalp micropigmentation, or any body art services
All renters must be independent professionals and carry any licenses, permits, or certifications required for the services they perform
