Our Lip Blush and Lip Neutralization Training in Los Angeles and the South Bay is designed for artists who want real technique, real support, and real results.
You’ll get hands-on practice in a professional studio, work on live models, and learn everything from lip mapping and color theory to needle configurations, shading patterns, and neutralizing hyperpigmentation. Every step of your training is guided directly by Denise Bomba-Baldwin, a seasoned PMU educator who genuinely cares about your progress.
When you complete your training, you’ll know how to create soft, natural lip blush, full lipstick looks, and balanced neutralization results and you’ll have the confidence and certification to start taking clients right away.

Day 1: Intro
Day 1 can be nerve wrecking with being around people you don't know. Well that's about to change because this day we will cut out the anxiety and get to know each other so we can help and stay positive for the class. Learning PMU is hard enough, let alone feeling pressure with others around. Not at Radiant Ink! No drama, no bull, ALL support!

Day 5: MODEL DAY + CERTIFICATION
License Requirement: California Tattoo License is required for the class. We will help you obtain yours prior to arrival.
Today is your supervised model day, where you may bring in your own model for Denise to guide you through a real appointment. This is your chance to work on real skin with the safety net of having Denise nearby for support, troubleshooting, and guidance throughout the process.
Your model day does not have to be completed on the 5th day of class. If you need more time to go home, practice, and build confidence first, your model day may be scheduled separately and completed within 60 days of class completion.
Once your model day is completed and your certification is issued, you will receive 2 bonus supervised support appointments to help you gain more real-life experience after class.
Students are responsible for providing their own client/model and supplies for all post-certification support appointments. Appointments are scheduled based on studio availability and must be approved in advance.
