Healed Results
See how our Lip Blush and Lipstick Look treatments heal naturally over time.

Lasting for 2-5 years depending on how you take care of them, this treatment enhances the natural shape of your lips, giving them that boost, symmetry and color.
Lip Blush can enhance your lips, giving them an illusion of having 30% more volume that will last, unlike fillers.
By deepening the color of your lips, you're essentially creating a fuller, healthier look. It is an extremely popular permanent make up treatment providing a flush of color as well as defining the lip contours.
It is a very effective way of dressing the lips as naturally pale lips can instantly be given a dramatic new appearance.
Pigments are available in all different shades to match all the lip colors to provide a subtle color that enhances the natural lip color, lip scars could also be camouflaged.

Healing Process
Usual healing time varies and will take about 7-10 days.
Within 30-45 days, Lips go through three phases:
Too Dark, too light, and Just Right. Relax and trust the process.
1-4 Days: For about 4 days the lips will be chapping, and the color may appear darker since the color is oxidizing. Please use Aquaphor and aftercare instructions will be provided.
5-10 Days: Your lips will peel, and the color will look about 60% lighter.
10-30 Days: The color will start to push through, the color blooms more and more every day. Your lips could remain dry for a month or two however by using lip balm this will help.

FAQ's
-
What’s the difference between Lip Blush and the Lipstick Look?
Both services enhance your natural lips, but the finish is different.
-
Lip Blush creates a sheer, soft tint that looks like lightly stained lips—perfect for an everyday natural look.
-
The Lipstick Look is more saturated and defined, similar to wearing your favorite lipstick shade all the time, with more coverage along the border and body of the lips.
During your consultation, we’ll look at your skin tone, photos you like, and how you usually wear makeup to decide whether a soft lip blush or a bolder Lipstick Look is the best match.
-
Will it hurt?
We've all heard the saying, “Beauty is pain?”
But don't be too afraid if this is going to hurt alot...
Lips can be sensitive and everyone's tolerance for pain is different.
Topical numbing creams are used before and throughout this procedure, and you will feel a slight vibrating ping sensation.
If you can handle an eyebrow tweeze, you will totally survive this. Honestly, I've had clients fall asleep in my chair!
-
How long does lip blush last?
Lip blush is designed to fade softly and gradually, not stay in your skin forever like a traditional tattoo.
Most clients in Torrance and the South Bay enjoy their lip blush for about 2–3 years before wanting a color boost. How long it lasts depends on your skin, lifestyle, and shade choice—darker or brighter shades can last a bit longer, while very soft/nude tones may fade faster.
Smoking, frequent sun exposure, and exfoliating or acid-based lip products can all make pigment fade more quickly.
-
Can I get lip blush if I have darker or uneven lip color?
Yes many of our clients with melanin-rich or unevenly pigmented lips choose lip blush to create a more even, harmonious tone. In some cases we start with lip neutralization, where we use specific pigments and techniques to soften darker, cool, or patchy areas before adding your target color.
We always do a thorough consultation and color assessment first to decide if you need one or two stages (neutralization + blush) to get the best healed result.
